The Bosphorus Club Card allows you to experience the privileges offered by Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul to you with much more special opportunities.

You can become a member of THE BOSPHORUS CLUB Card with a single click! All you need to do is to click on "Become a Member" button on our website.

You can pay your membership fee by clicking on 'become a member' button followed by a single payment transaction that may be executed with all cards, or contacting our membership team via telephone or e-mail and executing a money order & mail-order or making a direct payment at the hotel.

Invoices are issued at the end of the relevant month and sent as e-invoices to the relevant mail address in the second week of the following month. 

You can contact us for your special discount rights that you may enjoy exclusive to İzmir/ Swissotel Büyük Efes.

You can renew your membership by making an online payment over our website or contacting our membership team.

Definitely!  You can gift your Bosphorus Club Card membership over all our purchasing channels

If you lose your Membership card, you should cancel your card by contacting us. You can receive your card that will be newly produced in your name by 'Contacting Us'.

Your The Bosphorus Club Card membership is valid for 1 calendar year following the date of your payment. 

You can access the membership categories and the privileges offered by membership from the Membership Categories page provided on our website. 

All advantages are subject to the hotel's availability; they are valid for seven days a week until the expiry date specified on the membership card unless otherwise specified, and except for the following "Invalid Days". They cannot be used together or in conjunction with any other promotional offer/s, customer loyalty programs, coupons or vouchers. Discounts do not include applicable taxes, service fees, charges and tips. 

Our applicable room types include executive and advantage Bosphorus rooms. 2 adults and 1 child (0-6 years old) can stay free of charge in these room types. You can stay as 3 people at maximum by paying an extra bed fee of 50 euros for 2 adults and 1 child over 6 years old. 

The children that are 0-6 years old are free; and 6-12 years old are at 50% discount and those above these years of age are subject to normal fee applicable for the adult category. (25%-discounted membership advantage are applied)

They are not applicable for reservations made through travel agencies or group or batch reservations. They cannot be used together or in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, loyalty programs, coupons, or any other room advantage certificates. 

A valid certificate and membership card must be presented at the time of check-in in order to benefit from the advantage/s. 

Discounts are made per service opened. 

Any lost or stolen certificate cannot be changed or replaced with a new one. Any lost or stolen membership cards must be immediately reported to The Bosphorus Club Customer Services. In such cases, your card will be renewed with the same expiry date for a fee of 30 TL ( Thirty Turkish Liras ).

Any membership cancellation will be accepted within thirty (30) days following the start date. No refunds are made until the membership card and all certificates are returned unused to the hotel. 

The amount of 60.-TL (Sixty Turkish Liras) is collected from the member as the fee for preparation of the request for membership cancellation. The Shipment packaging fee will not be refunded.
