Interpreting the Peruvian tastes with the Swissôtel style, the open buffet combines the tastes from all over the world ranging from Ceviche varieties to sushi rolls, delicious mezes (assorted appetizers) and tapas, seafood buffet, wok delicacies, baked products, and meat and poultry slow-cooked in direct fire; and pampers guests with champaign and delicious cocktails changing every week.
Little guests are also valued in the Brunch offering the open buffet exclusively prepared for children as well as playgrounds and activities organized to allow them to have fun.
